Our History
Incorporated a holdings company in 2002.
Accumulated 60+ self managed properties and growing.
Developed systems to manage our properties and vacancies, including our own website equipped with Virtual Tours and online applications.
Using the Real Estate Investment Network's (REIN) philosophy we began managing property for friends.
At the request of other investors we expanded our services into property management.
Eventually we were being asked to manage so many properties, we recognized a serious need for quality property management in Alberta
Libertas Property Management Inc was formed in 2007.
We currently manage over 300+ properties in Alberta.
